YUI’s next song is about encouraging students and will be featured in the 2010 CM of Benesse. The release date was published unofficially by a couple of online music stores.

YUIの新曲制作に高校生たちの熱い宣言を反映

YUIが高校生たちの熱い宣言をもとに応援ソングを制作することが明らかになった。

この企画は、ベネッセコーポレーションの高校生向け通信講座「進研ゼミ高校講座」で実施されている応援キャンペーンの一環として行われるもの。自らの将来に向けた「攻めの宣誓」を高校生から募集し、それをもとにYUIが彼らへの応援ソングとして楽曲を制作する。

楽曲は2010年1月に完成する予定。現時点でCDリリースなどは未定だが、出来上がった楽曲は同1月から放映の「進研ゼミ高校講座」新CMに使用されるほか、「攻めの宣誓」応募者の中から抽選で3万名に着うたとしてプレゼントされる。

応募できるのは2010年春の新高校2年生と新高校3年生。特設サイト「攻める宣誓キャンペーンサイト」にて宣誓の募集が行われており、12月10日までに応募のあった宣誓の中から一部がYUIの楽曲制作に反映される。

みなさんと一緒に初心を忘れない。そんな歌にしたいと思います。誰でも辛くて苦しくて、諦めそうになる時はあると思います。そういう気持ちを受け止めながら、進んで来ました。心から、応援しています。一緒に、進んでいきましょう！

YUI’s new song, has been confirmed as
Benesse Corporation’s 「進研ゼミ高校講座」* CM song.

Part of an ongoing campaign to encourage high school students:
With ‘Assault Pledge’ as aim, YUI will be participating in the campaign with her new song!

The completed composition,
will be aired from January 2010 onwards as 「進研ゼミ高校講座」’s CM song,
and from those that have submitted their pledge,
30,000 winners chosen by lucky draw will be presented with special ringtones.

However, the song title, release info and other particulars have not been decided yet. We will inform everyone as soon as the particulars are ironed out.
