元気ですか？
Are you healthy?

私は相変わらず、楽しく新曲制作や
スタジオでバンドメンバーと曲アレンジをしたりしつつ過ごしてますよ。
As usual for me, I’m enjoying the song creation process,
I’ve been spending time at the studio,
arranging songs together with the band members.

皆さんも、いつもたくさんの書き込み、本当に嬉しいです。
とても細かいツッコミや、感想など
ありがとうございます！(笑)
Everyone too, for always posting so many messages, it really makes me happy.
Whether it is a small quip, your thoughts, etc.
Thank you very much for them! (laugh)

今日は、よく飲んでいるジュースを紹介したいと思います。
Today, I would like to introduce a type of juice that I drink often.

よく罰ゲームなどに使われる「ノニジュース」というものです。
Often used for Batsu Game and such, it’s something called 「Noni Juice」.

私は、鼻炎になったりして困っていた時に、教えてもらい飲みはじめましたよ。
There was one time when I was troubled by nasal inflammation,
it was recommended to me and so I started drinking it.

とても「マズイ」のですが確かに効きそうな味です。(笑)
It was really 「AWFUL」 but the taste certainly makes you more confident of its effectiveness. (laugh)

あと最後に、最近買ったCDを。
And lastly, the CDs I bought recently.

SNOW PATROL『UP TO NOW』の「JUST SAY YES」という
曲が
ラジオで流れていて気になったので買いましたよ。
SNOW PATROL’s 『UP TO NOW』 album has a song called 「JUST SAY YES」
I first heard from the radio and really like it so I bought it.

MICHAEL JACKSON’S「THIS IS IT」も、
CD屋さんに行った時にたまたま初回限定版が置いてあったの
で買いましたよ。
MICHAEL JACKSON’s 「THIS IS IT」 too,
While visiting the CD store, coincidently
The First Press Limited Edition version was there so I bought it.

素敵なCDがたくさんありますね！
There are really a lot of great CDs out there!

また何か、気になったものがあったらアップしたいと思います。
As I come across things that I’m interested in, I’d like to post about them too.
