被害にあわれた方々に、
心から深くお見舞いを申し上げます。
To all of you who took damage
I give you profound sympathy from the bottom of my heart.

本当にひどい状況かと思いますが、
少しでも状況が良くなることを
強く強く祈っています。
I think this is a really awful situation,
even it helps only a little
I pray harder and harder for things to get better.
