Please don’t get anal or fixated on how people write YUI’s name. I don’t think its an insult to sometimes write yui’s name with out caps lock. Well now, I know the comments that other people (newbie YUI’s fans) have said about some YUI’s fans telling off others for not writing YUI’s name in all caps locks is true. I’m a big YUI’s fan, and I sometimes forget to write her name in all caps lock.

On topic (sorry mod for being off topic), it’s fantastice that now we are going to be able to see YUI’s Hong Kong documentary. I’m so excited to see it. I would be nice if I understood Japanese, but I don’t. :(

Yeah, I understand it can come off a bit rude at times but I don’t think the_chap meant to say it in a rude manner. We just want to make sure fans can keep it YUI’s name consistent (and standardize it) as her stage name is written with capitalization. I know some YUI fans can come off as a bit extreme with the “YUI’s name must be capitalized” rant but also keep in mind that they are are just very dedicated fans that would like/prefer that fans could properly address her by her stage name. This is just how YUI-Lovers/YUI fans express their respect for their favorite artist and that’s what we hope others can do too. That’s all…don’t take it personally. It’s all good ^__^

Yui is really getting popular in Hong Kong, or she is.

  • the_chap

I mean no disrespect. Though Aydeniz just below is kinda proving my point.

Anyway hoo, all I’m after is to respect YUI. She wants to be called YUI, not yui or Yui. That’s her stage name and everyone should address her as such.
