Tonight, just announced, for the first time in the universe, YUI Sensei’s new song will be aired!!

What’s more, the title hasn’t even been announced yet!! Which means the first time in the universe the title will be aired—-!!!1

Now then, YUI Sensei! Please announce the title of your new song that will be released on October 5th!!

YUI Sensei: It is “Green a.live”! The meaning is that we exist together with the Earth, and we shouldn’t forget such an important thing…I think. This year, a lot of things have happened…I thought about putting all the things I had been thinking about and feeling into a song, and
so I wrote this.

Toyama headmaster: Its a very gentle song! This gentleness is nice, I thought that alot. Even though there were times where I had thought that it was maybe a little too gentle, I felt as if YUI sensei was saying “it’s fine as it is” to us.

Yashiro deputy head : It makes you think about various things. After all the things we have had happen, you want to go around and give some strength, even a little bit. That was what I thought…

This summer, there is one funny story in our family. My father is being pecked by a crow. The opposite thing is I asking my father how to get pecked by a crow instead. Although my father didn’t do anything that make the crow hate him, but these days the crows in our town feels so fierce. From that time the crow is my father’s enemy.

Yuuki : This is a story about a dawn in summer vacations,,,at that time i sleep on bed and i felt something cold on my right hand…”

YUI-sensei :“Eeh! I wonder what was it?”

Yuuki : “After I open my eyes and I see it,  there was a crab!”

YUI-sensei: “Ooooh!!”

Yuuki : ” I’m thinking that the crab came from outside, but i lived in third floor apartment! and then I tried to catch it, but it ran away, don’t know why, maybe it likes me, because when i was entering the house, the crab is coming closer to my feet! And then I try to throw it away and carried it away until outside the house. Even though I already hold it with my two hands, the crab bite me and ran away down stairs with skill!!”

YUI-sensei : “How skillful?! (Haha)”

Yuuki : “Two days after that, I don’t know why the crab was on my bike seat (surprise)!!”

Toyama Headmaster : “Yuuki….OUT—(haha)”

YUI-sensei : “amusing thing that happened recently ……One night I was walking, in front of me there is a middle-age man with fierce face walk towards me. I felt a bit frightened…and I tried to walk keeping distance from him. Suddenly he come nearer and ask me “Young laaaady, what place is this?” (Haha!!)

Toyama Headmaster : ” What place is this?”

YUI-sensei : That middle-age man seems drunk, and he came out from taxi to a place that he wasn’t familiar with and he seemed lost (Haha) “What place is this?” he couldn’t really ask it properly, it was funny!

Yashiro Deputy Head : Maybe, our Laughing Point is not really different from yours

Looking for YUI-senseis’ tsubo

At Okayama station I took a weird survey. I got it from a middle-age man approximately 40 years old with a mint gum scent. At the beginning I was asked about my age, and continue to “are u in soccer club? basketball club? after thinking about that questions, I answered “I’m in athletic club” and then he kept asking “do you have a girlfriend?” and when I answer ” I don’t have one”, he said ” let’s make you get a girlfriend” and then he keep telling me his love stories. I said in my heart “you’re so annoying, I’m not interested in your love stories” and then he just go and I really don’t understand at all the meaning of that survey. It became a confusing day of my summer holidays.

I’m RN Niyafumu and I enjoy practicing with our band in summer holiday.
I’m practicing YUI-sensei’s song “again”!

Toyama Headmaster : “Niyafumu, are you confident to found “YUI tsubo”?

Niyafumu : “hmm…Yes I am! (Haha)”

But you’re talking like you don’t have confidence (Haha)
Anyway, go head!!

Niyafumu : The day before yesterday, I’m wearing sleveesless shirt, at the bottom of my arm, I saw something flapping. When I saw that, it turns out there is an armpit hair on my right arm. Then I measure it with ruler, turns out it 4cm long! Maybe this is a world record I think. I tried to take a picture of it, but because it was located near the shoulder, I couldn’t capture it well. Then I tried to take the photo with black background, then I pulled the hair, but when it was time to capture it ” tuingggg” the hair plucked (crying)”

YUI-sensei : “Hmm…I see….!”

Niyafumu : Even though it failed to be no.1 world record, but for about 30 minutes, I was laughing to myself for this finding!!”

YUI-sensei : “That’s right!”

Yashiro Deputy Head : ” Maybe it was a hair that only last for 30 minutes”

It was my first time at YUI-san’s concert. It was fun and I was deeply moved!

In my first concert I had the impression that it was fatastic. Really, thank you very much!
In October I will play in a little live house too, just like YUI-san
I think it would be nice if I’m able to do a live and give deep emotions!
I felt embarrassed of doing a higk five with another person, I couldnt take out the cougare necessary,
For now I did a highfive with my boyfriend! When I tried one time I realized what does it felt like,
So I was able to do the shyfive with the other person too!
Since I did it through a YUI friend I’m very grateful to YUI-san!
not sure what the shy-five / shy-touch is :/

YUI-sensei doesn’t like the silence
Today playing her own guitar will talk about her currents toughts.

But while playing I should sing too ne? …
Normally I don’t think much… It’s not like I dont think at all, but,
like a good meaning, like clearing your mind. Things I see, or, like for example,
music I’ve heard about, or lives I’ve heard about, like, doing new things, I think “I want to see that” (or, perhaps I’d like to try that)

Well, ocassionally, I forget about important things “damn it!” things like that always happens (laughs)
But, I try as hard as I can to be careful about that, but a good meaning in this way, empty,
cleansing your heart (spirit), as if various things flow in, I’m always thinking that I want there to be room for input.

Although YUI LOCKS! this time only last for 3 months,
Each time during YUI LOCKS! we had message from teenager at the beginning
Although I was nervous, not good at speaking,
Although I thought that thinking of what to speak would be very difficult
But now I can enjoy talking on air, I think I have learned a lot of things.

けど (笑)
However (laughs)

There are times too when I think if it’s allright to pass the time so freely?.
Like kneeling down in the radio! (?)
I think that those things that I can do freely are great…

After that, as I thought, I had a refreshing time off
On that time I got a lot of support too. In this way, when I came back
I felt a lot of gratitude when they said “welcome baaack!”
I’m really packed with feelings of gratitude, There is also such thing.
A feeling of having lot’s os fun was born right?

Somehow, umm , there are things that don’t go as expected right? For example… like what?
Looking ahead into the future, you have these good plans, but then something gets in the way, all these little things grab your attention, I think.
At those times, those small things end up looking really big, right?

So, At those times your mood will change and things like that
Input, output are great words, by example when making songs,
expresing something or being deeply moved by a sight
I think IMPUT is something very important right?

With such things, at the time I was refreshing
my way of looking at things changed a lot, when I looked away from music,
but I took part in music everyday, I wonder if I need more freedom?

For example, things are indispensable to be done, there is a minimum of things that I have to do.
This is a fun way to do it. I thought a lot about it

Therefore, of course If I do things thinking “I don’t wanna do it” I’ll aaaaaalways do things without wanting to.
But if I do things thinking “This is really getting enjoyable!” I will aaaaaaalways look at enjoyable things.Althoug this might sound simplistic
Surprisingly, I think I couldn’t do it
Not sure. I think there’s a typo in this sentence. It doesn’t make grammatical sense to me. Or I’m just not understanding it.

There are two shows till the end of class, but spending every day having fun,
When I come back again, My dream of spending fun times again grows.

Being a teenager, being young, of course being an adult too,
I think that having a very fun atmosphere is a really important thing.

But, when troubles and worries wont stop coming out, it can be a very big barrier.
At those times, there will be difficulties too for sure,
“I can go in the right direction!” If I believe in that way, I will definetly go in the right direction.
I thought of it throug my own experience, Isn’t that right? is what I want to say.

…Why, while I’m thinking I want to go do something fun, and I think of various difficult things that I have to do, too, every day with spirit! “A healthy mind comes from a healthy body!” is what they say? That sort of thing is also important to keep doing…I am forgetful, and it’s like I’m always trying to lose something!

Concluding, it was brought to an end with a fool-sounding feeling in a very YUI-sensei-like way
With her guitar’s sound, the voice of YUI-sensei’s heart somehow, little by little, reached (your?) heart.
The YUI LOCKS! for a limited period will end it’s lessons next week!!

Next week YUI will have a lot of talks with pupils! We feel enthusiastic about it!

YUI-sensei doesn’t like the silence
Today playing her own guitar will talk about her currents toughts.

But while playing I should sing too ne? …
Normally I don’t think much… It’s not like I dont think at all, but,
like a good meaning, like clearing your mind. Things I see, or, like for example,
music I’ve heard about, or lives I’ve heard about, like, doing new things, I think “I want to see that” (or, perhaps I’d like to try that)

Well, ocassionally, I forget about important things “damn it!” things like that always happens (laughs)
But, I try as hard as I can to be careful about that, but a good meaning in this way, empty,
cleansing your heart (spirit), as if various things flow in, I’m always thinking that I want there to be room for input.

Although YUI LOCKS! this time only last for 3 months,
Each time during YUI LOCKS! we had message from teenager at the beginning
Although I was nervous, not good at speaking,
Although I thought that thinking of what to speak would be very difficult
But now I can enjoy talking on air, I think I have learned a lot of things.

けど (笑)
However (laughs)

There are times too when I think if it’s allright to pass the time so freely?.
Like kneeling down in the radio! (?)
I think that those things that I can do freely are great…

After that, as I thought, I had a refreshing time off
On that time I got a lot of support too. In this way, when I came back
I felt a lot of gratitude when they said “welcome baaack!”
I’m really packed with feelings of gratitude, There is also such thing.
A feeling of having lot’s os fun was born right?

Somehow, umm , there are things that don’t go as expected right? For example… like what?
Looking ahead into the future, you have these good plans, but then something gets in the way, all these little things grab your attention, I think.
At those times, those small things end up looking really big, right?

So, At those times your mood will change and things like that
Input, output are great words, by example when making songs,
expresing something or being deeply moved by a sight
I think IMPUT is something very important right?

With such things, at the time I was refreshing
my way of looking at things changed a lot, when I looked away from music,
but I took part in music everyday, I wonder if I need more freedom?

For example, things are indispensable to be done, there is a minimum of things that I have to do.
This is a fun way to do it. I thought a lot about it

Therefore, of course If I do things thinking “I don’t wanna do it” I’ll aaaaaalways do things without wanting to.
But if I do things thinking “This is really getting enjoyable!” I will aaaaaaalways look at enjoyable things.Althoug this might sound simplistic
Surprisingly, I think I couldn’t do it
Not sure. I think there’s a typo in this sentence. It doesn’t make grammatical sense to me. Or I’m just not understanding it.

There are two shows till the end of class, but spending every day having fun,
When I come back again, My dream of spending fun times again grows.

Being a teenager, being young, of course being an adult too,
I think that having a very fun atmosphere is a really important thing.

But, when troubles and worries wont stop coming out, it can be a very big barrier.
At those times, there will be difficulties too for sure,
“I can go in the right direction!” If I believe in that way, I will definetly go in the right direction.
I thought of it throug my own experience, Isn’t that right? is what I want to say.

…Why, while I’m thinking I want to go do something fun, and I think of various difficult things that I have to do, too, every day with spirit! “A healthy mind comes from a healthy body!” is what they say? That sort of thing is also important to keep doing…I am forgetful, and it’s like I’m always trying to lose something!

Concluding, it was brought to an end with a fool-sounding feeling in a very YUI-sensei-like way
With her guitar’s sound, the voice of YUI-sensei’s heart somehow, little by little, reached (your?) heart.
The YUI LOCKS! for a limited period will end it’s lessons next week!!

Next week YUI will have a lot of talks with pupils! We feel enthusiastic about it!

YUI-sensei, my parents are divorcing, it’s still not been officially decided. I’m studying for unversity entry exams
and I must pass no matter what. Taking an extra exam is impossible because I need to help my mom and little sister with my part time job.
My foremost wish is to pass the exam so I study and work hard to help the to of them.
I’ll give my best. It’s nurse univerity, so they told me that doing both things will be really hard, but I’ll persist in order to help them
I’m grateful because thanks to my mother I can go to university despite her divorce.

富士山には登ったけど、景色撮って一緒にと思った時電池がきれたので登る時に使った木
の棒と一緒に後から撮ったのをおくります！景色は綺麗でした！

8.21 Resolution journal
To go up to Mount Fuji’s summit and take a picture in the scenery
I climbed Mount Fuji, but when I thought of taking a picture in the scenery, the battery ran out.
So after that I took a picture with wooden sticks I used when climbing and I’m sending them! The scenery wa beautiful!

YUI先生：行きたかったなぁ～、富士山！今度絶対に行ってみたいところなんですけれども…。
8月26日「実現の日記」が届いています！
雲を見下ろしている写真が届いたんですけれども、すごくきれい。
登る時に木の棒が売っているんですよね。そこにスタンプかなんか押してくれるそうなんですよ。
私が聞いた話によると！・・・行ったことはないんですけれども。
何回も登るうちに、そのスタンプが増えていったりして。
思い出がこの棒には刻まれるんだろうなぁ。と思っているんですけれども、その写真が送られてきています。
登った後だからなのか、すごくすがすがしい表情だなと思います。
すごいよね、だって、6時間以上!?もっとだよね！
けっこうきつかったと思います。おめでとう！ステキです！ありがとう。

Realization diary arrived on 8.26!
The picture of the cloudy sight arrived, it’s really beautiful.
They do sell wooden sticks when you climb right? and it has a stamp in there, it makes you buy it by compulsion.
Thats what they say!  …I haven’t went there however.
When you climb time and time again, the number of stamps will increase
They will engrave memories in the sticks. I guess, but you sent that picture (I dont get this line gomen)
It was after you climbed right? Your facial expression gives me a really fresh impression.
It’s great right? because, it takes no less than 6 hours? it’s more right?!
I think it was very intense. Congratulations! it’s great! Thanks.

今度度陸上競技の全国大会があります。
リレーで決勝にのこって、必ず表彰台に上がってみせます!!

僕の決心が実現しました!!
中学陸上競技の全国大会。男子のリレーで表彰台に上がりました!!
ちなみに５位です!!
決勝の前日、YUI先生のGLORIAをきいて勇気をもらいました^^

My resolution was realized!

By the way, it was the 5th place (podium for 5th place?? lol)
Before the finals, I listened to GLORIA and in gave me courage ^^

I think ONEE is some kind of dialect / acent used to mimic a gay person in an humoristic way

Rugger man: Dodosuko, is a word often used by onee people, they do it in TV. It’s meaning, I dont really understand!

YUI「そ～なんだ～！意味知りたいよね！でも、まさかこんなたくましい声からオネエの声がでてくるとは思わなかったので、
最初からおもしろかった (笑) 他に自信のあるギャグとかあったりますか？」
YUI: I see~! I wanna know! But surely from that strong voice, when the onee’s voice comes out, since I didn’t think of it
It was fun from the beginning (laughs) Besides, do you have a self confidence gag or something like that?

When he said “Let’s go with the ippatsugei” the tension over the phone was different, moe power came out (laughs)
what you would expect from a ruggerman! But to create a sensation with an ippatsugei is a really fantastic idea!

今日は大分県 15歳 男の子　ラジオネーム・ジャーマンポテトのオープニングの挨拶を採用♪
「ひねってますね！レベルが高くて、読むときも注意しないといけませんね。」
とYUI先生を悩ましている様子 (笑)
みんなのクオリティーがぐんぐんあがっているオープニングの挨拶は引き続き (ひっそりと) 募集します！
Today we adopted German potato’s greeting ♪
It’s puzzling right? the level is high and you have to read with caution right?

さあ、9月になっちゃいました。
期間限定のYUI LOCKS! 休講まであと4回となりました。
３ヶ月って、あっという間！早いですね。最後まで楽しんでいきましょう！

YUI先生の全国ツアーは、いよいよ、来週12日日曜日、市原氏市民会館からSTARTします！
Well, its september already.
There are 4 more lessons until the cancellation of the limited period of YUI LOCKS!
3 months have passed in the blink of an eye! it was fast isn’t it? Let’s have fun until the very end!
「YUI 4th Tour 2010 ～HOTEL HOLIDAYS IN THE SUN～」is near too！
YUI-sensei’s nation-wide tour , at last on Sunday 12nd will START in Ichihara meeting hall!

YUI先生：ツアーまで、あっという間ですね～。
今回はツアータイトルが変わって、
「YUI 4th Tour 2010 ～HOLIDAYS IN THE SUN～」から
「YUI 4th Tour 2010 ～HOTEL　HOLIDAYS IN THE SUN～」ということで、
♪ウィカントゥーホテールホリディインザサーーン～ニャニャニャーニャーニャ～
という感じで、大好きな曲 (ちなみに、この曲はイーグルスの名曲「ホテル・カリフォルニア」)
を入れさせていただいたんですけど、文字がちょっと多かったですね。

今回のツアーは、タイトルも変わったということで、そこに注目してもらえたらなと思うんですけれども、
でも、ゆるい感じで遊びに来てもらえたら嬉しいなと思います！
ステージも、なんか変わった感じになったらいいなと思っていますけれど、突然ですが!!
生徒のみなさ はもう「es.car」の振り付けを覚えてくれたでしょうか！？

It gives that impression. I love that song (By the say, that song is the famous “Hotel California” from Eagles)
so I wanted they to let me include it. There is a lot of characters in the title right?

This time, the tour’s title changed, I wondered if someone would notice
But I’ll would be happy if you come to pay a visit and play with a loose feeling!
I think it would be nice if the stage had an unusual feeling too!
It’s suden!, but to all the pupils, have you memorized “es.car” choreography already?

YUI先生：オフィシャルサイトYUI-netでは、すでにダンスレッスンがスタートしています。
今回のツアーで、みんなでこの振り付けをやって楽しもうと、今から思っています！
でも、ツアーに来れないみんなも、せっかくだから覚えて踊ってくれたら嬉しいな。
けっこう動きがあるので、色んな筋肉を使って痩せる方向でいけると思います (笑)！
ラジオなので、ひょっとしたら全然意味がないと思いますが！ちょっとやってみたいと思います！

Let’s enyoy trying the choreography in this Tour!
Since there are lots of movements, a lot of muscles needs to be used so we can lose weight (laughs)!

Original campaign tied by YUI LOCKS!’s pupils is
“Makkana Buru Campaign”!!!! (Bright red and blue)

タイトル名は、福岡県 真っ赤なブルーたい！ちゃんの案を採用です！
キャンペーンの内容は、
★赤いバンダナと青いバンダナをひとつずつ用意してください！
★右の手首に赤、左の手首に青を巻きます。
(バンダナがなくても、手首に巻けて目立つものならなんでもOKです)
★LIVE会場で「真っ赤なブルーな子」を発見したら、両手を大きくあげてハイタッチしてみましょう！
合言葉はもちろん！「真っ赤な？」「ブルーだ！」「パチン (←ハイタッチ)」

For the tltle name we adopted Makkanaburuutai-chan’s idea!
Campaing contents are:
★Please prepare both Red and blue bandanas!
★Roll your right wrist in red and left wrist in blue
(If you don’t have a bandana rollin anything that stands out in your wrist is OK)
★At the venue, if you find a “Makkana buruu person” let’s make a big high five with both hands!
The pasword is, of course, “Makkana?” “Buruu da!” “Pachin” (high five)

ぜひ、LIVE会場であったら仲良くわいわい楽しくできたらなと思います！

Okay then, We listened a cover made by 14 people from different countries who participated in a band club and made “Shake My Heart”,
This week too, it arrived! And yet, from Hawaii! Cool!

ついに大阪で路上ライブしてきました！
やっぱり都会はすごい！
愛媛みたいな田舎とは大違い（笑）
聴いてくれる人もいて嬉しかったです！
路上ライブ中の写メは撮れなかったのでお好み焼きの写メを！
一歩YUI先生に近づけた気がしました！
これからもがんばります！

I finally went to play a street live in Osaka!
As I thought, the city is great!
The difference between the countryside like Ehime is big! (Laughs)
I’m happy because there was people listening to me!
I couldn’t take a picture during the street live, but I’m sending a picture of the okonomiaki!
I felt one step closer to YUI-sensei!
From now on, I’ll do my best!

In summer vacations, I invited the girl I like to see fireworks and we went together!
Also, I confessed and, no way! she said OK!
From now we are taking exams, but I will treasure this no matter what!

色んなことが起きます！良い事も、大変な事も起きると思いますが、
周りで支えてくれる人もいっぱいいると思うので、みんなでがんばって楽しい日々にしていきましょう！

ハッピーなことはすごく素敵だなと思いますよ。おめでとうございます！
YUI-sensei: I think ★Arashi★kun from the opening has been trought a lot,
but a lot of things do happen! good things and difficulties will rise too,
but there will be a lot of people there to suppor you, so let’s do our best and have fun every day with everybody!

私がこの夏決心したことは、ビキニで彼氏と海で泳ぐ！です！
今、つきあって2年になる彼氏がいます。でもまだ2人で海という海に行ったことがありません！
私はカナヅチではないのですが、泳ぐのが好きじゃないんです。
ビキニも着たことがありません！
なので、高校生活最後のこの夏に、海行ってビキニて海で泳ぐ！
必ず彼氏を誘って海に行こうと思います！ そして、思い出たくさん作ってきまーす!!

My determination for this summer is, to swim in the beach with my boyfriend wearing a bikini!
I’ve been dating my boyfriend for two years now. But I still haven’t gone to the beach just the two of us!
And I’ve never wore a bikini before!
Even so, in the last summer of my highschool days, I will go to the beach and swim in bikini!
I will invite my boyfriend to the beach without fail! And we will make lots of memories~!!

Sakura: Yes.

さくら「海には・・・まだ行ってません！」
Sakura: To the sea… I still havent gone!

YUI「じゃあ、ちょっと寒くなる前に行けたらな～みたいな？海近いの？」
YUI: okay so… It has become a little cold to go~ it looks like? Is the sea near?

さくら「海は近いんですけど、まだ１回しか一緒に行ったことなくて。」
Sakura: The beach is near, but I haven’t gone together with him not even once << not sure

YUI「泳げる系？」
YUI: Do you swim? << never sure about that “Kai” thingy

さくら「泳げることは泳げます！」
Sakura: Yes I can swim! << bad translation

YUI「すご～い！クロールとかも！？」
YUI: Sugoooi! Like crawl and stuff?

さくら「ハイ、そうですね (笑)」
Sakura: Yes, that’s right (laughs)

YUI「あ、ゴメンネ (笑) ビキニは何でビキニなんですか！？」
YUI: Ah, sorry (laughs) why bikini? << bad translation

さくら「ビキニは今まで一度も着たことがないので、高校最後の夏なので挑戦してみたいなと思って。」
Sakura: I have never wore bikinis until now so, I thought of wearing it in my last summer in a highschool student as a challenge.

YUI「そうなんだ～。でも、なんかいっぱいあるよね、水着って。ワンピースみたいになってたりとか・・・、ビキニはけっこう勇気がいるんじゃないかな？」
YUI: I see~. But there are lots of types, right? Swimming suits. Like those wich looks like a dress and the like… It needs a lot of courage to wear a bikini doesn’t?

さくら「いります (笑)」
Sakura: Yeah (Laughs)

YUI「でも、絶対かわいい！彼氏は喜ぶと思うな。彼氏はどんな男の子ですか？」
YUI: But you will look cute for sure! Your boyfriend will be delighted. What kind of person is your boyfriend?

さくら「野球をしているんですけど、すごいかっこよくて、おもしろくて、優しい人です！」
Sakura: He practice baseball, is a very cool, interesting and kind person!

YUI「ふ～～～～ん！素敵ぃ～!!じゃあ、その彼氏にビキニ着るって言った？」
YUI: Huuuum! Its great isn’t it? Did you tell him about the bikini?

さくら「言いました！楽しみーって言っていました！」
Sakura: I told him! He said “I can’t wait to see it!”

YUI「それは、もう嬉しいでしょ～!! じゃあ、海行って楽しく過ごせることを応援しています！夏が終わるまで海に行って「実現の日記」でよかったら報告してみてね！」
YUI: That’s reason to be happy already right? Okay so, I’ll be rooting for you to have fun at the beach! Go to the beach in the finish of the summer and please report it in the “realization diary” if you can!

Sakura: Yes!!

今日は、この夏YUI先生が聴いている音楽と、毎年夏になると聴きたくなる音楽、
つまり「夏のYUI音」を紹介!!
YUI先生、どんな曲を聴いているのでしょうか・・・？？
Today, music wich YUI-sensei listens to in the summer and music she wants to hear when summer comes every year.

What kind of songs do YUI-sensei listens to?

まずはじめの１曲は？
First of all, song #1 is?

YUI先生：DVDをみたことがあって、アコースティックギターを弾く姿が素敵だなと思っていたんですけど、
波の音を聴きながら、弾き語りのイメージで聴くときっと気持ちいいだろうな～という感じで選んでみました。
アコースティックギターの音が本当に気持ちいいなといつも思います!!
YUI-sensei: When I watched the DVD, I thought that his way to play the acoustic guitar was great.
I choosed this song because it gives me a good feeling and the image of listening to the roar of waves, singing to my own accompaniment.
The sound of acoustic guitar always gives me a really good sensation!

YUI先生：素敵だな～と思ったんですけれども、アコースティックギターの音がもしかして入ってない？途中で気づいちゃた。みたいな (照)
いつもジャックジョンソンさんのCDはアコギが入っているイメージだったんですけどもアレ？
でもこのゆったりした感じが気持ちいい曲だなと思います！
YUI-sensei: I thought it was so cool~, maybe the sound of acoustic guitar won’t come in? I realized it half way. It looks so. (photo?)
I had the idea that acoustic guitars always come into Jack Johnson’s CDs, are?
but the comfortable feeling of this song is great.

YUI先生：この曲はですね、リハスタのロビーでたまたまお会いしたことが会ったんですけれども、
その前にも、個人的にLIVEをみさせていただいたりとか、
音楽を聴かさせていただいたんですけれども、この曲はスピード感があって、
ライブハウスとかで聴いてみたいなと思う１曲だと思います！
YUI-sensei: As for this song, I listened to it by chance in the rehearsal studio.
and before that, I went to some of their lives personally,
having the privilege of listening to their music, this song has a sense of speed.

Like in the song called “Onion Song”, a very lovely song wich would flow too (really not sure)

さあ、ラスト、「夏のYUI音」3曲目！

YUI先生：この曲はノリがすごくいい感じなので、夏フェスの広い所で聴いてみたいなと思ったんですけれども、
夏フェスを観るのも好きなんですけど、夜のフェスのライブもすごく気持ちいいなと思っていて、
夜のフェスっていう、そんなシュチュエーションでぜひ聴いてみたいなという１曲です！
YUI-sensei: This song has a very nice mood, so I feel like listening to it in a big place on a summer festival.
I’d be nice to see it at a summer festival, but I think it’d feel a lot better at a night summer festival.
Talking about night summer festivals, I’d like to try such situation with this song!

YUI先生：今日3曲紹介をするということだったんですけれども、たくさんCDを持ってきてしまって、選ぶのが大変だったんですけれども。
夏はいっぱい似合う音楽があってたくさん聴いていきたいなと思いました！
残り少なくなってきた夏！ 生徒のみんなもYUI音を聴いて、夏を思い切り感じよー!!
YUI-sensei: Today I introduced 3 songs, I brought a lot of CDs and it was hard to choose.

YUI先生：閃光ライオットは山ダニとヤブがでないことで有名ということで、海沿いなんですよね？
蚊はいるかもしれないけど、気持ちいいんじゃないかな～。という想像なんですけけど、
HIGHER GROUNDは、すごく気持ちよくて天気も良くて、風も吹いてくる感じで、
夏フェス派独特な空気感があって、その空気感を楽しんだりしていました！

There might be mosquitos, but it must be pleasant~. That is my guess tho.
HIGHER GROUND was great and there was good weather, you could feel the wind blowing also.
There is a unique school summer festival atmosphere (?). I wanted to enjoy the feeling of that atmosphere!

Ahh~ The answering machine was so awkward before. I thought that, but I wonder in what way do answer to an answering machine?

■ 手術するんです。
I will do surgical operation.

私は来週、背骨が曲がってるのでそれを治すために手術することになってます。
全身麻酔だし眠っている間に終わりますがやっぱり緊張は少しあります。 でも、
私はストリートライブもやってみたいし自分のバンドでたくさんライブしたいだ
とかいろんな夢があるので、これくらいのことで絶対負けないぞって思っています。
入院の前の日がYUIロックスなのでYUI先生の楽しい放送を聴いてがんばってきたいと思います｀ω´ ではではアデュー♪
Mmy backbone is bent, so for the sake to heal we decided to do a surgical operation.
I’ll be sleeping when it’s over becouse of the general anesthesia but as I thought I have a little nervousness. But.
I want do street live and with my own band I want to do a lot of lives, because I have various dreams like that, I’m thinking not to lose to something like this.
The day before I was hospitalized, Because of the enjoyable live broadcast by YUI-sensei on YUI Locks after that I feel like to do my best dewadewa adieu~

今日は『HOLIDAYS IN THE SUN』の店着日ですね！ 早速買ってきて聴きました！
今回はどれも今までのアルバム曲とは違う少し新鮮な感じがする曲ばかりで、聴いていてとても楽しい気持ちになりました！
以前YUI先生のサイトの『STAFF DIARY』でアップされていた
殴り書きの文字は『Cinnamon』に使われていたんですね！
これから歌詞も覚えて練習したいと思います！ あ、それとギターに関する質問なのですが、
セーハを使うコードって色々ありますが、難しくてあまり上手く弾けません(涙)
なにかコツとかありますか？
Todays HITS is hitting the stores right? I went fast to buy it and listen!
This time the songs in the album have a little different and fresh feeling, when listening I had an enjoyable sensation!!
In one of the previous Staff Diary uploaded, YUI sensei scribbled some texts about Cinnamon.
After this, I feel like remember and practice the lyrics too!! Ah! And now I have a question related to guitars.
There are lots of CEJA chords but they are hard and I’m not very skilfull at playing (tears)
Do you have any tricks / secrets?

YUI先生：以前スタッフダイアリーの中に書いていた文字をスタッフの人が写真を
撮ってUPしてくれていたんですけども、その文字が「Cinnamon」の中の歌詞だったんですね。
そう！分かってくれた方すごいなと思いました！
「セーハを使うコード」ってバレーコードのことですかね？？
「人差し指を制覇する！」ってことですかね？難しいですよね～、全部押さえるときに、
コツで押さえられるようになるには時間がかかる気がします！いっぱい弾くことが大事ですかね。

YUI先生：最初は親指にベースの音を弾きながら・・・色んなのがあると思うな。
(♪チャラ～ン←ギターを弾くYUI先生) 目で見ないと、どうやっていいか難しいよね。
周りに弾いていた人や大人たちがたくさんいると思うので「弾いてないの？弾いてないの？」って聞いてみてください！
At the beginning play the bass sounds with your thumb… I think there are various (?)

これが一番シンプルなところかな？これはちなみに「I remember you」ね。
最初は好きな曲を耳コピして、「これどうやってやってるのかな？」って一生懸命やってみてください！
YUI-sensei: Strumming uh? (… YUI sensei played for us! )
This is the most simple one i think? by the way, this one is “I remember you”
First, start copying by ear a song that you love, “Whow can we do it?” Please try with all your might!

YUI先生：「・・・ちくわ!!!」 私もエフェクターは勉強中なんで、いっぱい教えて欲しいんですけれども！
名前とか全然覚えないんで、音で覚えてて、「コレ、こういうディレイかー。」
とか「トレモロかー」とか、そうだね、色とかで覚えてる！かな～。でもチューブスクリーマー、
BB Preamp、ラッドかな、あと色々試してみるのもあるんですけど、歪み系を・・・
逆に教えてください！(笑) アンプでもギターでも変わるので、まわりのギターリストの人に
・・・あ、そうだ！私に聞いてくれてるんだよね (笑) 教えてください！
YUI-sensei “Chikuwa!!!” When I study about efectors I want they to tell me everything about it too!
I never remember the names and the like, I remember the sounds, “This, a delay like this?” or
“a tremolo like this?”. That is so. I remember the colors too! I wonder~. But Tube Screamer,
BB Preamp, RAD maybe? And there are lots that i’ve tried but, distorsion systems…
Please tell me about it! (laughs) Since even amps or guitars, people around guitarists (?)

ピッキングの時にダウンとアップをするのが上手くできません。ですが、ダウン

YUI-sensei: Talking about DOWN is it metal system? am I wrong? (♪~ Please teach us guitar, YUI-sensei)

これも難しいよね、どうやって教えたらいいのかな？私はやっぱり、見たり聴いたりしてるうちに
どんどん真似してできるようになりましたね・・・・・あ！思い出した！
ギターのストロークの練習するときに、口で言うようにしてました！
例えば♪ジャーン、ジャーン、ツ、ジャジャ、ツ、ジャカジャカ～とか言ってまず口で真似をしてみる！
で、これはどういうのかって時に、ギターで鳴らしてみる。口で1回覚えてギターで挑戦してみてください！
This is dificult too eh? I wonder how should I show you? As for me, like I thought, I would look and listen,
steadily copying it hoping to learn, ne? …. Ah! I remembered!
When practicing guitar strumming I made sure to say it with my voice!
For example♪ shan, shan, shi, shasha, shi, shaka, shaka~ and so, try imitating using your mouth!
Then, when you are doing this, try playing your guitar, remember using your mouth one time, please try this challenge with your guitar!

意外に難しいかな～と思いつつも解説したいと思います！
コードは「E」と、「A add9」と、「B add9」の3つが出てきます。 言った順番
(循環) で弾いていくんですけど・・（”♪Shake My Heart～”と←YUI先生歌ってレクチャー!! レアだよ!!)
イントロとサビが一緒なので、この3つのコードを覚えてループしてもらえたら、
だいたい弾けると思うので、ぜひ挑戦してみてください！
YUI-sensei: I think if you play this song (Shake My Heart)
you could think it’s unexpectedly dificult so I will make an explanation!
Chords are 3: 「E」、「A add9」 and 「B add9」. I that order
