It’s been 2 years since the devastating March 11, 2011 T?hoku earthquake and tsunami tragedy. Many people affected had lost their homes and loved ones but the resilient Japanese continue to work on rebuilding their lives. Many people were displaced and even today they are still coping with finding a place called home. The Fukushima nuclear disaster has brought more awareness to people on radiation fallout and its effects on nature and the food that is consumed.
For those affected by the disaster, our thoughts are with you. May there be peace in your hearts.
Two years ago, the YUI-Lover Community, raised donations to the Second Harvest Food bank to support disaster victims. Though it was a small amount, we wanted to do something to help.
You can read about it here.
